One touch is too much

One touch is too much. One touch is not enough. I plea for mercy under the captivation of total surrender. Captivation that plummets me into the celestial sphere of completeness. I was unaware that the sight is so exquisite. Unspoken words convey so much meaning. One day is not like another and a moment in time can seem to last for a wonderful eternity. How can I explain the size of beloved and elucidate adored that is gift wrapped in cherished.

There was once a sound of much weeping surrounding the planet Earth. Now, those cries of weeping have been replaced by the shouts for vengeance. Reprisal and retaliation arise for all the innocent blood that has been spilled. Arrogance and conceit drove some to do horrendous things to other people. They acted on behalf of their god and a flawed sense of racial superiority. The sheet is over the heads of those who lurk in shadows. An animalistic throng is whipped up into a frenzy of madness.

Set apart for caressing and hugging the just right is nearer to my heart than my heart is to me. The air that I breathe is fragrance by an exhale from a strong magnetism that invigorates my desires for life. A refreshment stimulated by a soothing appearance and a calm nature fills the air with so many delightful melodies. Melodies that sing and dance within every caring and loving element of my consciousness. A fragment of a morsel is a full meal that can never be polished off in one dining. And a zillion dining will produce a satisfied burp with a complimentary break of wind.

The ghosts of multitudes of bodies hanging from trees are arrayed for battle awaiting their marching orders. Every animal, past and present, sacrificed to needless bloodshed now bears spectral fangs and claws, sharpened by an endless appetite that stalks those who kill for pleasure.

The atmosphere is tempestuous in retaliation for all the atomic and nuclear bombs that have exploded into it. Nature will tame those who sought to tame it in their vanity of self-importance. The meek will fall by the elephant gun. The strong will die of starvation. The spirits will wreak havoc upon the complacent, self-righteous, and self-satisfied.

On a summer’s day the winter snow blankets the landscape for miles in every direction. Forming from the snow a body appears. A body appears from the snow blanketing the landscape in every direction on a summer’s day. The sun is shining brightly. A pleasant breeze is softly flowing. The leaves are joyously swaying back and forth in the trees. The leaves are blissfully undulating in the trees. The wind flutters with a velvety kiss to the skin. The sun is reassuring and radiant in its luminosity. Winter snow carpets the terrain as far as the mind can conceive on a summer’s day.

From the snow a body is forming. A translucent body shapes itself from the snow. It emerges on a summer’s day where the leaves in the trees are lusciously humming. The air is cradled inside a revitalizing breeze. The rays of the sun energize the life-force on a summer’s day. This day is quilted in snow that covers the terrain as far as a thought can reach. And engrossing that body are all the coziness of home.

On the other side of this or that

On the other side of this or that may not contain the fulfillment of my dreams.

Dreams on the other side of this or that, not borne out in this sphere of reality.

Dreams that I experience as I hear the beat of my heart ringing in my ears.

Ringing in my ears that reminds me of how ever constant is the last beat of my heart.

The sound of the finite is so loud. It carries the night. The ringing in my ears is so disguised as sleep.

On the outer parts of nowhere I live within the captivity of a breath of air.

A single breath of air that separates the current and past tense of my being.

When will the morning come? When will other sounds drown out the beat of my heart? It is ringing in my ears.

Within the inner most parts of my mortality dwell the contour of the worms.

Worms eating away at my lifelessness and gorging themselves on my rot and decay.

On the other side of this or that, her soft but firm voice is my inheritance.

Contained within that which may not be, is her smile endowed just for me.

The days soar like a bird in flight.

The night roars like a lion about to devour its prey.

Beat after beat ringing in my ears constantly reminding me that the flame of the crematory is nearby.

Pull up your trousers, you drop-pants and behave like an adult person.

No one wants to see your backside in the limelight but the articulation of an inventive mind.

The child desperately wants to be seen and heard, and always in the wrong way.

On the other side of this, my dreams will be realized. Alternatively, they stay unfulfilled within the deepest regions of that.

Dreams of self-realization, happiness, completion, and her arms lovingly embracing me.

Hammering and pounding the life out of my life on the thrashing floor.

Blending and stirring the finite with the unknown.

The day is here; the day is gone, and the longing is still alone.

The sound of my heart beating in my ears letting me know just how fragile life is.

In the approaching future, I see no practical future. I expect my absorption into dust in the looming valley of nonentity.

The nonentity that I have been since the moment of my conception in an inhospitable house.

On the other side of this or that, rest awaits. It brings relief from the incessant ringing in my ears. This ringing stems from the beating of my heart.

This I have hope as the hostile becomes aloof within the cold confines of my decease and demise.

The constant ringing in my ears is overpowered by the howl of nothingness in this reality of silhouettes and shades.

Silhouettes and shades of never hearing her call my name or delighting in the warmth and softness of her touch.

Tick by unremitting tick, time yells at me to crash dive into the gulf of the abyss.

What is the rush; the deep hole is my birthday gift from the instance of my conception.

And the beat of my heart is the wrapping paper of my gift incessantly peeling away.

No afterlife, no paradise, no kiss from her lips.

And no more sound of my heart beating ringing in my ears.

On the other side of this or that, can contain the fulfillment of my dreams.

Maybe, not.

Interpreting your dreams by analyzing your life experiences

Unlock the hidden messages in your dreams by exploring your personal history, emotions, and subconscious symbols.

Why Your Life Experiences Matter in Dream Interpretation

Dreams are deeply personal. They show your inner world—memories, emotions, and unresolved conflicts. By examining your life experiences, you can uncover the meanings behind dream symbols. These narratives resonate with your unique journey.

7 Steps to Decode Your Dreams

  • Keep a Dream Journal: Record your dreams promptly upon waking. Include vivid details—people, places, objects, and emotions.
  • Recognize Recurring Symbols: Look for patterns across dreams. Common symbols like animals, vehicles, or houses often carry personal significance.
  • Connect with Your Emotions: Think about how you felt during the dream. Are those emotions linked to recent or past events?
  • Explore Personal Associations: What does a symbol mean to you? A cat might represent independence, mystery, or comfort—depending on your background.
  • Uncover Hidden Conflicts or Desires: Dreams often reveal unconscious thoughts. Analyze the story line to find unresolved issues or suppressed desires.
  • Relate Dreams to Real-Life Events: Consider recent experiences. Your dreams may offer insights or alternate perspectives on these moments.
  • Seek Professional Guidance When Needed: If your dreams cause distress, consult a psychologist. If you experience confusion, seek therapy from a specialist in dream analysis.

Common Dream Symbols and Their Meanings

    1. Flying: Symbolizes freedom, liberation, or a wish to escape from a situation.
    2. Falling: Symbolizes a loss of control, fear, or a lack of support in waking life.
    3. Water: Can represent emotions, the unconscious mind, or the flow of life. Calm water show tranquility, while turbulent water signify emotional turmoil.
    4. Animals: Different animals carry various symbolic meanings. For example, a cat can represent independence or mystery, while a dog symbolize loyalty or protection.
    5. Teeth: Often linked with concerns about appearance, communication, or feeling vulnerable.
    6. Death: Symbolizes the end of a phase or transformation rather than literal death. It can represent personal growth, change, or the need to let go of the past.
    7. Chasing: Shows a pursuit or fear of something in waking life, like ambitions, relationships, or unresolved issues.
    8. Being naked: Signifies vulnerability, self-consciousness, or the fear of being exposed.
    9. Houses: Symbolize the self and different aspects of the dreamer’s personality or life. Different rooms represent different emotions or areas of life.
    10. Vehicles: Represent the journey through life. The condition and control of the vehicle can show the dreamer’s sense of control and direction.
    11. People: Often show aspects of the dreamer’s own personality, desires, or relationships. Pay attention to how you feel and interact with the people in your dreams.
    12. Mirrors: Symbolize self-reflection, self-image, or the need to examine oneself and gain insight into personal identity.

    Dream Creation

Dream creation, also known as dream manipulation or lucid dreaming, is the ability to consciously control dreams. It allows a person to influence the content of dreams. It also involves influencing the events that occur in dreams. While dreams are typically spontaneous and unpredictable, some individuals have developed techniques. These techniques enhance their awareness during the dreaming state. They also help control the dreaming process.

Here are a few techniques that can help with dream creation or lucid dreaming:

    1. Reality checks: Conduct reality checks throughout your waking hours by questioning whether you are dreaming or awake. This habit will carry over into your dreams, increasing the likelihood of becoming lucid when something unusual occurs.

    2. Dream journaling: Keep a dream journal by your bedside and record your dreams as soon as you wake up. This practice improves dream recall and trains your mind to pay more attention to the dream world.

    3. MILD (Mnemonic Induction of Lucid Dreams): Before falling asleep, repeat a mantra or affirmation. For example, say “I will have a lucid dream” or “I will remember my dreams.” Visualize yourself becoming aware in a dream and actively participating in it.

    4. WBTB (Wake-Back-to-Bed) technique: Set an alarm to wake up after 4-6 hours of sleep. Stay awake for a short period (around 30 minutes). Engage in activities that promote wakefulness. You can read about lucid dreaming or practice visualization. Then go back to sleep with the intention of having a lucid dream.

    5. Reality testing in dreams: Become lucid in a dream. Then do reality checks to affirm that you are dreaming. Common reality checks include looking at your hands. You can try to push your finger through your palm. Another method is observing the behavior of objects in the dream environment.

    6. Visualization and intention: Before falling asleep, imagine the dream scenario you wish to experience or create. Visualize it vividly and set a clear intention to meet it in your dream.

    7. Dream supplements and technology: Some individuals explore the use of certain supplements like galantamine. Other supplements support dream vividness. Individuals also use devices like lucid dreaming masks. These masks detect REM sleep and give cues to promote lucidity.

Remember that achieving lucid dreams and controlling dream content can take practice and patience. It’s important to approach the process with a relaxed and open mindset. Lucid dreaming can be an exciting and transformative experience. It offers opportunities for self-exploration, creativity, and even problem-solving within the realm of dreams.
